Who you are buying from
Imperial Doggo LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, shipping from Singapore. Prices are in Singapore dollars.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email your confirmation. If something has sold out between your order and our seeing it — which can happen on the pieces where only a handful exist — we will tell you and refund you in full immediately.
We may decline an order. In practice this only happens where an item is genuinely unavailable, a delivery address is one we cannot ship to, or a payment does not clear.
Prices and stock
The stock numbers on this site are real counts of physical objects, not urgency marketing. When a page says fourteen bowls, there are fourteen bowls. Prices include free Singapore delivery; international delivery is added at checkout and import duties are yours — see shipping & returns.
If we make a genuine pricing error we will contact you before charging you rather than quietly cancelling.
Made-to-order pieces
Engraved items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned once you have approved the proof. Full detail is in the engraving policy.
Natural materials
Marble is quarried, not manufactured. Colour, veining and pattern vary from piece to piece and will not match the photographs exactly. That variation is a property of the material rather than a defect, and it is not grounds for return — though a crack, chip or damage in transit certainly is.
Using our products sensibly
Our collars and leashes are made from durable materials and are built to last, but no collar, leash or clip is unbreakable, and none is a substitute for supervision. Check hardware and webbing regularly for wear and replace anything damaged. Do not use a leash as a tether, a tie-out or a restraint while unattended. Marble bowls are for feeding, not for chewing, and stone will chip if dropped.
If something goes wrong
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, tell us and we will replace it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Singapore consumer law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
Beyond that, our liability is limited to what you paid for the item concerned.
Our brand
The Imperial Doggo name, mark and photography belong to us. Please don’t use them to sell your own things.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the Singapore courts.
