Where we ship

Singapore

Free delivery on every order, no minimum, typically 1–3 working days. The cost is built into our prices rather than added at the end.

Asia-Pacific

Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Brunei, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Japan, South Korea and India. From S$9 for small items and S$18 for parcels, 5–12 working days.

United States

From S$16 for small items and S$32 for parcels, 7–14 working days. Please read the note on duties below — it matters more for the US than anywhere else.

United Kingdom and the European Union

We don’t ship there directly. Selling into the UK means registering for VAT from the very first order regardless of how small it is, and the EU has an equivalent requirement. We’re a small operation and we’d rather be honest about that than take an order we can’t deliver properly. Our engraved pieces are listed on Etsy instead, where the marketplace handles the VAT correctly.

Marble ships to Singapore and Malaysia only

A bowl is 2.2kg of solid stone. Sending one to Sydney or Los Angeles costs more than the bowl, and over that distance a meaningful number arrive broken. We would rather decline the order than take your money for something likely to turn up in pieces. Everything else in the range ships anywhere on the list above.

Import duties and taxes

All international orders are sent DDU — delivered duty unpaid. Any import duty, tax or customs handling fee charged by your country is set by them, payable by you on arrival, and is not included in what you pay us.

For the United States specifically: the duty-free allowance for low-value imports ended in August 2025 and has not returned. Every parcel entering the US now attracts import duty regardless of value, including a single engraved tag. We flag this at checkout because discovering it at the door is a horrible surprise.

Returns

What you can return

Anything unengraved and unused, within 14 days of delivery, in its original packaging. Tell us first, send it back, and we’ll refund the item price once it arrives. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

What you cannot return

Engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged once you’ve approved the proof. They are made to order with your dog’s name cut permanently into metal and cannot be resold to anyone else. This is why we email a proof and wait for your approval before touching the laser — please read it carefully, including the spelling.

This doesn’t affect your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered. In that case it’s ours to put right.

Marble that arrives broken

It happens occasionally, however well packed. Send us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you in full. You don’t need to send the broken one back.
