Who we are

Imperial Doggo is operated by Imperial Doggo LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, fulfilling orders from Singapore. For anything about your data, email privacy@imperialdoggo.com.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, email, delivery address and phone number. We need these to send you the thing you bought.
• Engraving details — the name and contact number you ask us to engrave, and for portrait pieces, the photograph you upload.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic analytics — which pages get visited, so we know what is worth photographing next.

Your dog’s photograph

A photograph you upload for portrait engraving is used to make your engraving and nothing else. We do not publish it, sell it, or use it in marketing without asking you separately. We keep it for 12 months so we can make you a matching or replacement piece, then delete it — or sooner if you ask. See the engraving policy.

Marketing email

We only email you about offers if you have opted in. Every such email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Order confirmations, engraving proofs and dispatch notices are not marketing — you get those because you bought something.

Who else touches your data

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — order and proof emails.
• Vercel and Neon — hosting and the order database.
• Our courier — name and address, to deliver the parcel.

We do not sell your data to anybody. There is no version of this business where that helps.

How long we keep things

• Order records: 5 years, for tax and accounting.
• Engraving photographs: 12 months, or less on request.
• Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@imperialdoggo.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in Singapore, these rights are covered by the Personal Data Protection Act, and you can escalate to the PDPC if we let you down.

One caveat worth stating plainly: we cannot delete order records we are legally required to keep for tax purposes. Everything else, we can.

Cookies

We use the minimum. Your shopping bag is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Analytics cookies are aggregate and do not identify you individually. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site without asking.
